Credentials. The firm’s partners are both board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal
Specialization. Attained by a combination of objective criteria, peer review (by judges and
lawyers), a challenging examination, and maintained by significantly more continuing
legal education than required of non-specialized attorneys, less than ten percent of Texas lawyers are board-certified.
