We have extensive experience in construction law.  We have the knowledge and expertise to assist our clients from the earliest stages of a construction project, to resolving problems that may arise after construction is complete.  Our experience in the construction industry extends to dealings with architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, remodelers, suppliers, city officials, insurance providers, and owners.

Our complementary practices assist in every aspect of a construction project, including securing the land, obtaining financing, negotiating and drafting construction contracts, and obtaining permit and zoning approvals.  We pride ourselves in working with our clients to prevent issues from arising, and then resolving them at the earliest stages.

We regularly assist clients with filing mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens and bond claims to protect their rights, and assisting clients with resolving invalid and unenforceable liens against their properties or projects.  We also have experience dealing with change order disputes.

If litigation cannot be avoided, we have experience litigating construction cases including breach of contract, prompt payment and trust fund violations, deceptive trade practices act violations, warranty disputes, foundation failures, workmanship claims, construction defects, lien foreclosures, removal of invalid or fraudulent liens, and insurance claims.
